We stand behind OPEN Edge. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your order's delivery date — even if the bottle has been opened and tried.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@openessentials.co with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the process.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders can be skipped, paused, or cancelled at any time before your next billing date through your account or by emailing us. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is covered by the same 90-day money-back guarantee described above.
Returns
You do not need to ship the product back to receive a refund under our guarantee unless we specifically request it. If a return is requested, we will provide return instructions.
