I love this stuff. I do a lot of research and there were so many products CLOSE to what I wanted but not perfect. Some had the right stuff but some ingredients had insanely high amounts while other ingredients were extremely low dose. This product is exactly what I was looking for. All the right ingredients at all the right dosages. I have more energy, more alert, more focused, I feel stronger and happier. Oh and also more morning woods. Which is a sign of good health. 😊 I've only taken it for 1 month! Im ready to see how i feel 3-6 months in.

Took a little while to kick in for me. I’d say around four weeks before I noticed much of anything. At first, I honestly didn’t think it was working, but then I started realizing I had a little more drive and consistency throughout the day. Nothing dramatic, and definitely not some overnight magic bullet. It just felt like I had a bit more in the tank and was less likely to hit that wall. Overall, it’s been solid.

I can't be sure which are the most important or not.
I can attest though that I have given this a challenge (that is I've used it for a period to see if there is an impact, stopped using it for a period to see if the impact goes away, then later restarted to see if the impact reoccurs. ) I do, reproducibly, feel using this mix of supplements having an impact on my libido, alertness and energy. I am able to notice the effects from this supplement mixture beginning in as little as 3-4 days. It seem to reach a steady state plateau after about two weeks of daily use.

There are 5 ingredients in this complex that I don't get from any other supplements: Tongkat Ali, Fenugreek, Ashwagandha, Shilajit and DIM. In the past, I've tried all of these, except for DIM, individually and I did not experience the impact that I get with this combination of ingredients from OPEN Essentials.
If I were not using this product I would still get K2, Zinc, Magnesium, D3 and BioPerine from other sources.

This is pricy but I like the feeling how it affects me. Additionally, since it contains K2, Zinc, Magnesium, D3 and BioPerine, that I would be taking anyway, I'm able to cut back on the expense of how I was previously incorporating elements into my diet.

I also like the flip top lid on the container. It is more convenient than unscrewing a lid.

My wife said I seemed less tired. I’m counting that as a win.
