Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery — United States
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Canadian orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days after processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country, which are collected at or after delivery.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically on your selected schedule under the same shipping terms above. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Tracking, Delays & Address Accuracy
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once marked delivered, or orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will help resolve it.
